Shooting at folk festival in Mississippi

(dpa) At least one person was killed by gunfire at a folk festival in Jackson, Mississippi, late Saturday evening (local time). Several people were injured, the media reported, citing a statement from the sheriff. The authorities initially assumed that there were several shooters on the Mudbug Festival site, and two people had been arrested for the time being. The event had been cancelled.
