What is best to combine with batik? This question is currently not only being asked by the participants in “Shopping Queen”, but also by our editor Kristina, who has created three great different outfits.

Batik is multi-faceted, colorful, lively – but how do you style the pattern from the 70s today? At Shopping Queen this week (week 46) the motto “Over the rainbow – create a refreshing look in batik!” implemented. The five participants go looking for the right outfit in the city center. However, our editor Kristina rummaged through her own wardrobe and found three styles that you can easily buy later, we promise! Even Guido would be thrilled!

Combination with a classic coat

Tie-dye shirt to the business look? Why not! If you don’t have to adhere to a dress code in the office, you should also style your pencil skirt and Co. casually. So can a classic Mini houndstooth skirt get a new spin on cashmere coats and boots.

The coat by Closed has been my absolute it-piece for autumn for years, because it not only warms, but is also timeless in its cut (there is a similar model here).

Likewise the black leather boats by & other stories, which I’ve been wearing for the third winter in a row. In fact, I don’t need a complete set of equipment every season. I prefer to buy something expensive and of good quality and then enjoy it for more than a year.

Style the tie-dye shirt as an eye catcher

Most of the time you find me in darker colors, such as a black one Mom jeans and a gray blazer. As an eye-catcher, the tie-dye shirt is perfect, so the dark look has an effect black loafers and grayer Knitted hat less dreary.

For blazer I prefer to look around second hand, because not only can you save real money and avoid buying new products, you can find really good quality every now and then! This blazer is made of cashmere, for example, and would cost a fortune when new.

Tone on tone for a light look

The pink of the tie-dye shirt invites you to combine it with bright and friendly colors. the pink trousers with a wide belt, a Wool cardigan and white Reeboks with a pink sole I prefer to combine them for a visit to a café. You can also walk around the Alster in your shoes afterwards!
