We fully expect Apple to officially unveil the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro at an event in mid-September – along with the Apple Watch 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2.
But the new iPhone 15 is already making a name for itself, even if only in the form of a database entry in India. But – and this is the crucial point – the same game existed last year, shortly before the introduction of the iPhone 14 generation!
As the website MySmartPrice reports, an Apple device with the cryptic name A3094 was discovered in an official Indian product and approval database. The iPhone 14 generation has the numbers A2649, A2881, A2884, A2883, and A2882 and no other Apple device is known to have this number.
The higher number also indicates a completely new model generation – it is very likely the iPhone 15, or more precisely: the base model of the series. If the information is correct, it is the first highly official proof of the existence of the iPhone 15.
