– Showroomprivé (SRP Groupe), a European group specializing in smart shopping, announces the availability of its 2022 Universal Registration Document containing the annual financial report for the financial year ended December 31, 2022, and its filing with the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

The 2022 Universal Registration Document includes in particular:

  • the annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2022;

  • the elements of the annual financial report for the financial year ended December 31, 2021 (as an adjustment);

  • the Board of Directors’ report on corporate governance;

  • information relating to the fees paid to the Statutory Auditors;

  • the statement of extra-financial performance (DPEF) as well as the verification report of the independent third-party body relating thereto;

  • the description of the share buyback program.

The 2022 Universal Registration Document is available free of charge on the SRP Groupe website (www.showromprivegroup.com) and on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).
