– Showroomprivé (SRP Groupe), a European group specializing in smart shopping, informs its shareholders that, as indicated in the press release of March 31, 2023, the shareholders of SRP Groupe are invited to participate in the annual combined general meeting which will be held on Friday June 30, 2023 at 10 a.m., 1 impasse du Pilier, 93210 La Plaine Saint-Denis.
A notice of meeting, including the agenda, the draft resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors which will be submitted to the vote of the shareholders as well as the main procedures for participation, voting and exercise of the rights of shareholders at the General Meeting of June 30, 2023, was published on May 26, 2023 in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires) (bulletin no. 63 of May 26, 2023, announcement no. 2301910).
This meeting notice is available on the Company’s website, https://www.showroomprivegroup.com/assemblee-generale. All information concerning the General Meeting will also be available on this website.
The notice of meeting will be followed by a notice of meeting which will be published in the BALO and in a journal of legal announcements within the time limits provided for by the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
The corresponding notice of meeting will be published on June 14, 2023 in the BALO n°XXX and will appear in a journal of legal announcements. This notice of meeting will also be available on the Company’s website, www.showroomprivegroup.com (“Investors” section, “General Meeting” tab).
Registered shareholders will receive the single postal or proxy voting form directly with their meeting notice. Bearer shareholders must send a request to their financial intermediary in order to obtain it.
The documents relating to the General Meeting were made available to shareholders today on the Company’s website, www.showroomprivegroup.com (“Investors” section, “General Meeting” tab).
The preparatory documents for the General Meeting are also made available to shareholders at the following address: 1, rue des Blés ZAC Montjoie 93212 La Plaine Saint-Denis Cedex, France.
Any registered shareholder may, until June 30, 2023, ask the Company to send them these documents. For holders of bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the provision of a certificate of participation in the bearer share accounts held by the authorized intermediary.
Shareholders are invited to regularly consult the dedicated page on the Company’s website www.showroomprivegroup.com (“Investors” section, “General Meeting” tab), which will be updated whenever necessary.
