(CercleFinance.com) – Siemens Mobility has signed an agreement to sell Yunex Traffic, the international road traffic business, to Atlantia.
The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Siemens have approved this sale.
The purchase price is 950 million euros (enterprise value). The transaction is expected to close by September 2022.
Yunex Traffic is a leader in innovative and intelligent infrastructure and traffic solutions for roads and cities.
