Sifu is released today, a fighting game developed by SloclapFrench studio already behind Absolver. The title gives pride of place to clashes with a style of martial art based on the Kung Fu Pak Mei and takes players on a quest for vengeance, playing as a hero who ages when he dies.
The developers share today the launch trailer of the game, to discover above, and remind that Sifu was designed in collaboration with martial arts consultantswhile composer Howie Lee mixed traditional Chinese instruments and electronic music to create the game’s soundtrack. Always for more immersion, Sloclap currently recording Mandarin dubswhich will be added via an update soon.
Sifu is available on PC (Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5 and PS4, digital only. A physical collector’s edition will be available next May, you can already pre-order it against €49.99 on Amazon.
