(Boursier.com) — Following the change in the composition of the Board of Directors of SMCP SA decided by the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders of the Company on January 14, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company met today to appoint its new Chairman.
Christophe Cuvillier, independent director, has been appointed Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.
