(CercleFinance.com) – SMCP announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today in Paris has approved all the resolutions submitted to the vote.
The shareholders notably approved the dismissal of the five members of the Board of Directors representing European TopSoho/Shandong Ruyi, and approved the appointment of three new independent directors: Natalia Nicolaidis, Christophe Chenut and Xavier Véret.
SMCP specifies that the Board of Directors will meet in the coming days in order to appoint a new Chairman of the Board of Directors and to modify the composition of the Committees of the Board of Directors.
