(AOF) – Following the change in the composition of the Board of Directors of SMCP SA decided by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of January 14, 2022, the Board of Directors has appointed Christophe Cuvillier (independent director) as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The latter was previously Chief Executive Officer of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
Christophe Cuvillier said: “SMCP’s clear and ambitious strategic roadmap is bearing fruit and will contribute to consolidating the Group’s position as a world leader in accessible luxury.
