Several days after Justine Vayrac’s death, investigators are still trying to understand why the young woman was killed. Main suspect in this case, Lucas L., he is portrayed by his relatives in a very dark way.
A profile that wants to be more and more chilling. On the night of October 22 to 23, Justine Vayrac was last seen leaving the nightclub where she was with a certain Lucas L. A few days later, her lifeless body was found near of the latter’s property. If he had prepared an alibi so as not to be suspected, the young agricultural worker finally admitted to having killed this young mother of a two-year-old child. According to the autopsy report, the 20-year-old nursing student is death by strangulationand would also have received quite strong blows so that his body bears the traces of it. Moreover, several gray areas still persist in this file, as with this “consensual sex” evoked by the presumed murderer, or even the drug that Justine Vayrac suspected in her drink.

While the investigation continues, Lucas L. was transferred to Périgueux prison at the end of October. And in the press, his relatives paint the portrait of a young man “surly”, “brawler” and “who does not admit defeat”, especially during the football games he regularly played with regulars.
