First duel Mayer vs. HCD
Since the end of September Robert Mayer witch again, the HCD loaned him to the SCL Tigers until the end of January. At Davos, the goalkeeper with a contract was not wanted until 2024. Now the 32-year-old met his former (or actually still) club with the Langnauers for the first time. There, however, stood with him Sandro Aeschlimann a goalkeeper who shows off as soon as he is deployed. And who succeeded in a decisive save in the 3-2 victory. Mayer also gave everything against his ex, saying after the defeat on SRF: «Davos was very clear and took advantage of the opportunities. If we had a good chance, then there was Sandro Aeschlimann in goal, who is in great shape. ” A huge praise. Otherwise, the match was like any other, simply that he knows all the players a little better.
EVZ-Martschini has a run
Suddenly the goal machinery runs off Lino Martschini again. After one goal each in the first two games of the season, the EVZ striker pulled in a lull of eight goalless games. But now the 28-year-old is running hot again: The magical dwarf has met at least once in every match for five games. And thus makes a decisive contribution to Zug’s successful streak of currently seven victories in a row.
Zugers lose all Swedes!
EVZ coach Dan Tangnes I don’t yet know how he should get a training session going during the national team break next week. Because he will be missing quite a few players. Sweden’s national coach Johan Garpenlöv has served for the Karjala Cup in this country and called up eight Swedes from the National League – including all four EVZ employees Carl Klingberg, Anton Lander, Niklas Hansson and Christian Djoos. For Tigers top scorers Jesper Olofsson A dream comes true with the Nati squad, he said last week that this “Tre Kronor” premiere would be a milestone in his career. Also included: Geneva Henrik Tömmernes, Laker Emil Djuse and Davos’ Mathias Bromé. In addition to the Swedes, the EVZ may also be missing Jan Kovar (Tsch) and a few young Swiss.
Ambris Captain Fora out
Bad news for Ambri before the important duel against the Lakers: Captain Michael Fora (26) injured his right shoulder in the game against Ajoie. The defender will miss the Biancoblu until after the national team break in mid-December.
Ajoies Pouilly blocked
Ajoie Defender Bastien Pouilly (25) is blocked for a game because of a cross check against Jan Neuenschwander from SCB in the final minute of yesterday’s duel and has to shell out a fine of 1000 francs.
