The Renault Zoé, like the Nissan Leaf or the Tesla Model S, is one of the first modern electric cars. Marketed since 2013, it has evolved significantly before reaching its current form. However, it will very soon leave the Renault catalog, before being replaced by the new Renault 5 E-Tech electric.
But his career is not completely over. The Zoé E-Tech electric is thus getting one last spotlight by joining the list of electric cars available through social leasing. This offer, subsidized by the State to the tune of €13,000 per car, allows customers meeting certain conditions to benefit from a significantly lower rent than traditional long-term rentals (LLD). The Renault Zoé is, for example, usually offered from €209 per month, with a first rent of €9,000, reduced to €4,000 with the bonus (its amount will, however, very soon increase from €5,000 to €4,000), for a duration 37 months and 37,500 km.
In the context of social leasing, it starts at €100 per month and with no increase in the first rent. However, you must plan a slightly higher budget to pay for insurance and maintenance, which are the responsibility of the driver. With its 395 km of WLTP autonomy, the Zoé becomes one of the best autonomy/price ratios in social leasing. It is offered at just €1 per month more than the Peugeot e-208, with a range of 363 km.
The Kangoo, the only real family car in social leasing
Furthermore, Renault announces the arrival of the Kangoo E-Tech electric within social leasing. It is certainly offered at €150 per month, but it is the only MPV available among eligible electric cars. Despite a relatively high rent, it may therefore interest families, thanks to its practical aspects incomparable to those of an SUV or a sedan. On the other hand, you will have to be content with only 285 km of autonomy.
