(AOF) – In terms of its quarterly results from November 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023, the Société Française de Casino (SFC) generated a profit of 0.76 million euros, against 0.87 million in the first half of 2021-2022. Ebitda came to 1.43 million euros, an increase of 22.1% faster than turnover. The latter, up 16.6%, stands at 10.46 million euros. Current operating income amounted to 0.79 million euros, up 55.8%.
The free cash flow of 0.80 million made it possible to strengthen available cash, which stood at 6.05 million as of April 30, 2022.
These results reflect the group’s ability to control its operating expenses, despite the impact of the inflationary context on certain costs. Current operating income amounted to 0.79 million euros, up 55.8%.
On the outlook side, the group specified that “the second half should be a continuation of the activity of the first half”, continuing its commercial and marketing actions to increase casino attendance while continuing to strengthen its gaming offer with targeted investments.
