(Boursier.com) — SpaceX, Elon Musk’s group specializing in spaceflight and astronautics, will sell insider shares at $97 each as part of an offer valuing the group nearly 180 billion dollars, according to Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter. The group discussed an offer ranging from $500 million to $750 million. The price previously discussed was $95 per title. Bloomberg’s sources asked not to be identified because the negotiations are private. The terms and size of the offer could still change.
