Manuel Lanfossi, Administrative & Financial Director of SpineGuard, declares: “New calendar constraints lead us to modify the date of the Board of Directors meeting which must validate the 2021 accounts. Initially scheduled for April 20, 2022, it has been postponed to April 28, 2022, the date on which the 2021 annual results and the first quarter 2022 sales will therefore be published. The other dates remain unchanged.”
