Star Trek: Picard Season 3 will stream on February 17, 2023 on Amazon Prime Video. It will be the final season of the sci-fi series and is known to bring back the entire crew from Star Trek: The Next Century (TNG). Now Riker actor Jonathan Frakes reveals how many episodes he is in.
Frakes was one of the few stars from the 80s cult series who were given a small guest role in the first season of “Star Trek: Picard”. But now he will play a much more prominent role and fans of the “Star Trek” universe can rejoice!
There’s one episode where I only have one cameo, but I’m all ten.

All ten episodes! So Jonathan Frakes will not have a guest role, but a lead role. “It was great, again with Patrick [Stewart] to work as an actor. It was emotional. And I had great scenes with Marina [Sirtis: Deanna Troi]which I also appreciate very much”, Frakes fuels the anticipation.
Speaking at New York Comic-Con (via Screen Rant), Frakes continued, “It was everything I hoped it would be and I think the fans are going to go nuts. I think the season hit the mark. I had many, many beautiful Riker moments in the 7 years [seine Zeit bei TNG] and in ‘First Contact’ [Kinofilm]but the Riker scenes here are much more intense and exciting.”
In a few months we’ll be able to see Jonathan Frakes’ return for ourselves. Until then, the launch of the Paramount+ streaming service awaits us in Germany, on which the new series “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds” will appear in Germany for the first time.
