And this Friday, February 25, after having opened the 47th French cinema awards ceremony by saluting the memory of Gaspard Ulliel, who died a few weeks earlier, the master of ceremonies Anthony of Caunesrendered a vibrant tribute to the legend Jean-Paul Belmondo. The latter died on September 6 at the age of 88. A tragic disappearance for French cinema.

Stella Belmondo absent for health reasons
And during the evening, Internet users notably noticed that Stellathe daughter of Jean-Paul Belmondo, was not present in the room. An astonishing absence that the 18-year-old young woman justified this Saturday, February 26, on her Instagram account. Stella Belmondo thus revealed in a publication why she could not attend the ceremony. “Unfortunately I had the Covid”, she explained in the caption of several photos of her. Isolated at home to avoid spreading her disease, the young woman received many messages of support from her subscribers to help her overcome this ordeal.
