Wherever you look, the so-called puffer jackets can currently be found almost everywhere. No wonder, because the trendy it-piece not only looks sporty and stylish. It also keeps us warm on cold winter days. As far as combining is concerned, however, a fashion-conscious touch is required here and there for the short quilted jacket.
With tight skinny jeans
Since the jackets are wide, you can’t go wrong with tight skinny jeans underneath. “taff” moderator Viviane Geppert (30) shows it and featured on Instagram her khaki puffer jacket with dark gray skinny jeans, a beige turtleneck sweater and matching winter boots.

Fashion blogger Caro Daur (26), on the other hand, shows how it works tone on tone. Her all-black-everything look together with a black puffer coat looks more elegant. She also wears black skinny jeans and a black turtleneck sweater. Casual sunglasses with a dark frame complete the trendy casual look.

However, wide-leg jeans and flared pants are currently particularly popular with puffer jackets. Our tip: It is best to wear a tight top with it to create a contrast and still emphasize the figure. If jeans and jacket are in dark or earthy tones, just go for some colour. This also applies to shoes and jacket.
