Such a great sun (spoilers): Virgil makes a compromising discovery for Eve and Manu

In the episode ofSuch a great sun from Friday 31 December 2021, Anissa (Siham Falhoune) confides in Léo. She is uncomfortable leaving her mother alone and worries about what might happen to her. On returning to the apartment, Maryline surprises Anissa and Léo kissing. The teenager is embarrassed, but Maryline assures her that no rule prevents her from inviting her relatives to the roommate. Later, at the library, Antonin (Nathan Bensoussan) is very aggressive with Anissa. He criticizes her for having willingly brought her new boyfriend to the library to strut in front of him. Annoyed, Anissa advises him to move on. In the visiting room, Driss (Aïmen Derriachi) announces to Yasmine (Soria Moufakkir) that he has requested his transfer to another prison. Thus, he will be rid of Erwan and Yasmine will no longer have to put herself in danger. The nurse worries that Driss will get killed trying to protect her and asks her to let her handle things on his own.

In the evening, Moreau sends Léo to collect merchandise in Marbella, Spain. The young man explains to him that he had made plans for the 31st, but Moreau leaves him no choice. Annoyed, Leo calls Anissa. He tells her that he will not be able to spend New Years Eve with her because of a construction site near Toulouse. A little disappointed, Anissa passes the message to her roommate. The latter seems delighted to learn that things between her and Leo are not as serious as they seem …

Steve is questioned by the police, Virgil has suspicions about Eve and Manu

After his argument with Camille (Léonie Dahan-Lamort), Manu (Moise Santamaria) receives a visit from Eve (Emma Colberti). The young woman is reassuring: Camille will eventually understand that her father has nothing to do with the investigation of Marvin (Michael Erpelding). Eve then asks for news from Virgil (Fred Bianconi), but Manu is evasive. The young woman understands that her boyfriend is hiding things from her. For his part, Virgil buys a gun from one of his friends, Sammy. He takes the opportunity to ask him to find the trace of Philippe Orsan and José, who fled. Back in his caravan, Virgil receives a visit from Blamont. The latter wants to talk to him about New Year’s Eve, but Virgil is obnoxious. He tells her to take care of the organization on his own. Once Blamont is gone, Virgil hides his gun in a cupboard.

At the same time, Élise Borrel (Malya Roman) goes to look for Steve (Lyad Smain) in front of his house to question him. The cops ask him where Marvin is, but the teenager refuses to cooperate. He states that he has nothing to do with his brother’s stories, just like his mother. Outside the police station, Manu tries to reach Camille but falls on his answering machine. He calls Laëtitia (Shirley Bousquet), who explains to him that her daughter is still angry with him for having complicated her story with Steve. At the same time, Steve and his mother leave the station. Seeing them, Manu climbs up the towers. He tells Alex (Benjamin Bourgois) that Steve has nothing to do with Marvin’s trafficking and accuses Élise and Yann (Constantin Balsan) of doing their job badly. Alex asks her to calm down. The police are just following the procedure by putting pressure on Steve. In addition, Alex announces to Manu that he found José’s car but that the paintings were not inside. Plus, none of the suspects are dark-eyed.

In the evening, Virgil goes to have a drink at Manu’s. While the latter takes a call, Virgil recognizes Eve’s scarf on the coat rack. Claiming to feel bad, he grabs the scarf and leaves Manu’s apartment without looking back …
