System of a Down news: The band will release a new video on Saturday. The premiere is embedded in a fundraising campaign.

The American metal band System of a Down will be releasing the music video for their new song "Genocidal Humanoidz" on their YouTube channel at 8 pm next Saturday. The premiere is embedded in a donation campaign for the Armenia Fund that has already started. 600,000 US dollars (the equivalent of around 500,000 euros) have already been raised in the past few weeks. As early as 6 p.m., System of a Down will present your concerns there in a live stream and talk to different guests.

About two months ago SOAD released their first music since their last album "Hypnotize" in 2005. In the lyrics of the songs "Protect The Land" and "Genocidal Humanoidz" the musicians with Armenian roots already draw attention to the grievances in their home country and then donated the income from the two singles.

The Armenia Fund takes care of, among other things, the care of war veterans and the procurement of prostheses, which would lead to a significant improvement in the standard of living of the local people. Armenia is currently involved in military clashes with its neighboring country Azerbaijan in the crisis region of Nagorno-Karabakh.
