Tales of Kenzera: Zau will use shamanic powers from April 23

Unveiled last December by EA, Tales of Kenzera: Zau took advantage of the Xbox Partner Preview to reveal itself a little more. And above all to set its release date. The platformer will therefore be available from April 23, 2024 on PC via Steam as well as on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch.

Inspired by the myths of Bantu culture, Tales of Kenzera: Zau takes us on a journey to follow the story of Zau, a young man struggling with grief after losing his father. In the hope of finding the spirit of his Baba, our hero will make a deal with the god of death Kalunga.

But to have a chance of seeing his father alive again, Zau will have to face three dangerous spirits. For this, he has the power of the mask of the Sun as well as the mask of the Moon.

Each of them has its own skill tree and offers Zau a range of powers to use against his enemies as well as on the environment. Like the Bamba Stone which allows for example to freeze your opponents but also the waterfalls in order to be able to lean on them.
