(CercleFinance.com) – Targetspot announces the effective completion, on December 23, of the sale to Azerion Tech Holding of its digital audio business (Targetspot and Southcast division), housed within its subsidiary Radionomy Group, after the approval of the operation by its shareholders on December 9.
“The Targetspot division, AdTech specialized in the monetization of digital audio, generated in the first half of 2022 a turnover of 13.4 million euros for an EBITDA of 0.5 million euros”, specifies- he.
The sale of this activity is a major step for the company, which will detail in January 2023 the development prospects and ambitions of its new scope refocused on the Winamp subsidiary.
