(Boursier.com) — Targetspot announces the effective completion (“closing”) of the sale to Azerion Tech Holding BV of its digital audio business (Targetspot and Southcast division), housed within its subsidiary Radionomy Group BV. This effective realization took place on 23 December. It follows the approval of the operation by the shareholders of Targetspot SA, meeting in an extraordinary general meeting on December 9.
The Targetspot division, AdTech specialized in the monetization of digital audio, generated in the first half of 2022 a turnover of 13.4 million euros for an EBITDA of 0.5 ME. The sale of this activity is a major step for Targetspot SA, which will detail in January 2023 the development prospects and ambitions of its new scope refocused on the Winamp subsidiary.
