In the municipality of Taxenbach, a 20-year-old local driver collided head-on with a holiday vehicle from the Ruhr area for an unknown reason.
The collision occurred on the B311 in the area of the Trattenbach tunnel. In addition to the locals, four vacationers were injured. A family of four, aged 15 to 47, sat in the car. All those involved in the accident were brought to the Schwarzach Clinic after initial treatment with injuries of an unspecified degree. The alcohol tests were negative.
