Tickets go on sale from Friday June 17th. Proceeds will benefit UK charities, which will also be announced soon.

Foo Fighters want to celebrate “his legacy as a global rock icon”.

The two shows are set to celebrate “Taylor’s memory and legacy as a global rock icon.” Both his bandmates and “his inspirations perform the songs he fell in love with and the ones he brought to life”, according to a statement from the band on your website. The line-up for the Los Angeles show is not yet known.

After the death of their bandmate, the Foo Fighters canceled all remaining tour dates via social media in March. The band also did not attend their planned appearance at this year’s Grammy Awards.
