Taylor Swift, Blake Lively and Sophie Turner – this is a celebrity girls’ night out that truly deserves its name.
Anyone who happened to stroll through New York City on Saturday evening (September 30th) might have witnessed a very special girls’ evening that brought together greats from every form of show business: This is how they met, As pictures from “Page Six” prove, world star Taylor Swift (33), “Game of Thrones” actress Sophie Turner (27), actress Blake Lively (36) and ex-soccer player Brittany Mahomes (28) are together in the Emilio’s restaurant Ballato in Soho and certainly enjoy a drink or two.
Swift and Lively even appeared together and holding hands. The two have been good friends for years and had previously spent the day together because: Lively’s daughter Inez’s seventh birthday was celebrated together in the Big Apple, no less famously. In addition to her husband and the father of the birthday child, Ryan Reynolds (46), appeared according to the Daily Mail Emily Blunt (40), Gigi Hadid (28) and Bradley Cooper (48) also showed up to congratulate the little one – that’s a guest list for a seven-year-old!
Was the evening also a way to cope with grief?
It is quite possible that the evening together also served to provide emotional support to girlfriend Sophie Turner. The 27-year-old is currently in the middle of an unpleasant quarrel with her husband Joe Jonas (34). After it recently became known that the couple had separated, the two are now fighting over custody of their two children.
Things are currently much better for the other participants in “Girls Night Out”: As is well known, Lively has been overjoyed with her husband Ryan Reynolds for years – the two have been married since 2012 and have four children together. And according to rumors, Taylor Swift is currently on cloud nine in love. The pop superstar is said to have flirted with football professional Travis Kelce (33), and she was also spotted excitedly in the stadium at one of his games.
