Techland unveils the weight of the different versions of Dying Light 2

Dying Light 2 is a game with a lot of content, we could see it on our test and Techland confirmed it a few days ago. Therefore, it is not stupid to believe that the game could weigh a hell of a ton in our consoles or machines, but this is not the case. It is indeed a big surprise, because the game only slightly exceeds 50 GB depending on the platform. The old-gen versions are much heavier and this can be explained by the much lower performance unlike the new-gen versions. As a result, many tools have been installed on the PS4 and Xbox One versions so that players can simply have an excellent quality of life in game.

  • PS5 — ~25GB
  • PS4 — ~50 GB
  • Xbox Series — ~35 GB
  • Xbox One— none
  • PC — 43 GB

Unfortunately, the weight of the Xbox One version is not yet known, but it shouldn’t be much different from the PlayStation 4 since they are both old-gen consoles.

On the other hand, don’t think you’ll have this weight for a long time, indeed Techland has already planned a host of content between February and June, and players will be able to enjoy coverage of the game spanning five good years with bets updates of free content and paid DLC. However, we can be happy with the small size of the game, we are far from Call of Duty which are able to take up more than 80 GB of space in our machines.

For reasons still obscure, some players can now play Dying Light 2. However, the developers put the hola on this event by asking services to premature players.

Whether on PlayStation, Xbox or PC, Dying Lights 2 pre-download is planned. But when will it be available?
