(Boursier.com) — Technip Energiesa leading engineering and technology company serving the energy transition, announced today that all of the resolutions submitted to the vote of its shareholders as part of the 2024 annual general meeting have been adopted.
All resolutions on the agenda were approved by the shareholders with more than 90% of the votes, including the adoption of the 2023 accounts and the proposed dividend of 0.57 euros per ordinary share in circulation for the financial year 2023. The company’s 2023 remuneration report was adopted with 93.09% of the votes in favor.
