Telekom apparently down: customers are currently reporting internet problems

We are currently receiving many reports from Telekom customers about problems with the internet connection.

It is not clear what the reasons for the disruptions are and Telekom has not yet commented on this on the social network X. It may just be a short-term blip and with a little patience, this difficult phase may be able to be overcome.

As a precaution, you should also check locally whether your internet setup at home is set up correctly. Feel free to use our DSL checklist to help you.
