On Friday morning, January 12th, there have been numerous disruptions at Telekom since around 8 a.m. Users report to us via our fault report that they are having problems with their internet connection. For some customers, their Magenta SmartHome and telephone connection also seem to be causing some difficulties.
We don’t yet know a reason for the disruption. As soon as we have news about it, we’ll keep you updated here. If you want to help yourself in the meantime, you can check out our internet outage troubleshooting checklist and try to fix the problem yourself.
