Teleperformance: end of the OECD NCP procedure – 2023-01-30 at 10:00


(CercleFinance.com) – Teleperformance announces that the National Contact Point (NCP) of the OECD has definitively put an end to the procedure opened in April 2020 at the request of the international union UNI Global concerning the management of the Covid epidemic -19 by the group.

After several months of investigation, the NCP has indeed confirmed the real and operational implementation of the commitments made by the French contact center specialist in the various countries concerned.

‘He welcomes in particular the significant progress made by the group in India and the Philippines where worker representatives are now stakeholders in the health and safety committees of sites and subsidiaries’, underlines Teleperformance.
