(CercleFinance.com) – The TF1 group announces that its decarbonization objectives have been validated by SBTI (Science-based Target Initiative), following a 4-month audit procedure.
With this validation, TF1 ensures that it becomes ‘the first audiovisual media group to be part of such an ambitious decarbonization approach in France’.
In detail, the TF1 Group is committed to reducing absolute scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 42% by the 2030 financial year, compared to the 2021 reference year. but also to reduce absolute scope 3a GHG emissions by 25% within the same period.
‘This roadmap is the sign of a global and voluntary commitment from the TF1 group, commensurate with the challenges of ecological transition,’ assures the group.
