TFT patch 12.1: Swain’s buff and readjustment of optimizations to the program

2022 has just started and after several weeks of blackout, TFT receives its first patch. On the menu, nothing really crazy, we only note a handful of readjustments. Yes, there is a buff on Swain who didn’t ask for so much.

the first TFT patch of the new season is now available. We especially note here optimizations with a change of champions offered with badges and a revamp of Continuous Learning which now offers power bonuses. On the type side, a lot of buffs for those who require a difficult team to set up and a smoothing out among the Yordles to stem the invasion.

In terms of champions, deemed too weak in the last patch, Swain gets back on his feet with the 12.1, in particular on his care which, however, already made the coffee. On his side Kai’sa sees its low-level strike force a bit nerfed and Tahm Kench becomes a real monster as soon as rank 3 is reached. Finally, on the object side, two tanky items, Guardian Angel and Solar Cape, are seen to be a bit nervous while the Zz’Rot him, gets a solid buff to make him a little more viable in the long run.

  • Lifelong Learning (Scholar) – REVISED: Now grants Scholars +2 ability power after each fight, and +2 more ability power if they survive combat.

  • Portable Forge Armory Option: Death Denial now grants 20% Omnivampirism.
  • Enchanted Blade – Percentage of attack power boosted after casting a skill: 200% ⇒ 225%
  • Unwavering Support – Attack Damage and Power Bonus per active type: 3/4/5 ⇒ 2/3/5
  • Sun Plateau – Max Health Burn: 20% ⇒ 16%
