(CercleFinance.com) – Thales announces the creation of cortAIx, a structure which will bring together the Group’s AI capabilities in the field of research, sensors and systems.
According to Thales, CortAIx will provide the armed forces, aircraft manufacturers and all critical infrastructure operators with highly secure solutions providing them with ‘more efficiency in data analysis and decision-making, while taking into account the specific constraints, such as cybersecurity, embedding and frugality, linked to critical environments’.
With more than 600 AI experts and around a hundred doctoral students in AI each year, Thales ensures that it is at the top in Europe in the ranking of patent applicants in AI for critical systems.
