(CercleFinance.com) – Thales announces the appointment to its board of directors of Loïc Rocard, CEO of TechnicAtome, as independent director and chairman of the governance and remuneration committee.
Loïc Rocard took office on September 28, succeeding Philippe Knoche, and his mandate as director runs until the end of the ordinary general meeting ruling on the accounts for the 2023 financial year.
Before becoming CEO of TechnicAtome in May 2017, he was an advisor for three years, head of the transport, environment, energy, housing and urban planning division in the Prime Minister’s Office.
