In a break-in in Windeck, North Rhine-Westphalia, 120 bayonets, some of which were centuries old, were stolen. The stabbing weapons were stolen from the premises of a foundation for international understanding in Eastern Europe, as the police announced. The missing collector's items are therefore worth several thousand euros. The bayonets are said to date from that time between the 17th century and 1945 and were attached to a wall. The break-in probably occurred between December 1st and December 30th. No signs of burglary were found, however, according to the founder, one window in the building was open.
