the European Convention on Human Rights deemed incompatible with the Constitution

Relations are not improving between Warsaw and Brussels. The Polish Constitutional Court ruled on Wednesday 24 November that part of the European Convention on Human Rights was incompatible with the Polish Constitution, in a new challenge to the justice of the European Union (EU).
