The NUC 12 family continues to grow with the NUC 12 Serpent Canyon: a mini-PC whose chassis measures 230 x 180 x 60 mm, i.e. a volume of approximately 2.5 liters.

After the Intel NUC 12 Extreme Dragon Canyon at the start of the year followed by the NUC 12 Pro “Wall Street Canyon” in August, a new NUC powered by an Alder Lake processor enters the arena: the NUC 12 Enthusiast Serpent Canyon. This model combines a Core i7-12700H processor and an Arc A770M graphics card, flagship of the mobile Alchemist range.

Rather powerful components, but sold at a high price

The Core i7-12700H is a 12 chipe generation with 14 cores and 20 threads (6 P-cores and 8 E-cores). This 45 W TDP processor can reach 4.7 GHz on Performance cores and 3.5 GHz on Efficiency cores.

The Arc A770M is the best mobile Alchemist solution on the market. This graphics card has 32 Xe cores and 16 GB GDDR6. On TimeSpy, it is quite close to the GeForce RTX 3060M.
