With a satisfaction rate of only 72% in October 2023 (a low score for a Pro variant), this percentage increased to 66% at the start of 2024. Which makes it the lowest rated Pro model, all generations combined. For comparison, the iPhone 15 garners 78.1% positive reviews.
Let us point out that Perfectrec obtained these results in reviewing reviews posted by customers from an extensive catalog of US retailers (including BestBuy, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) for the month of January 2024. Let us add that this is generally a rating given out of 5 stars. But how can we explain such disappointment around the iPhone 15 Pro?
As said above, Apple’s high-end smartphone is still paying for its youthful mistakes.
