The King's Man: Disney is postponing the action film to 2021

Another setback for film fans: The prequel "The King's Man: The Beginning" starring Ralph Fiennes has been postponed to 2021 in the USA.

Disney has postponed the launch of its film "King's Man: The Beginning" until next year. Actually, the flick with Ralph Fiennes (57), Gemma Arterton (34) and Rhys Ifans (53) in the leading roles should have started in the USA on September 18. But because of the corona pandemic, February 26, 2021 should be there, reports "The Hollywood Reporter".

It should therefore be ruled out that the film will keep its planned theatrical release on September 17th in this country. It is more likely that February 25th will be announced as the new date for "King's Man: The Beginning" in Germany. The release date of another Disney film is still unaffected: "X-Men: New Mutants" is currently announced for September 10th.

King's Man "is a prequel to the first two films" Kingsman: The Secret Service "(2014) and" Kingsman: The Golden Circle "(2017), again directed by Matthew Vaughn (49).
