the launch of the lite version is scheduled for November 8, when in France?

According to a new report from billbil-kun, Sony will launch its new PS5 hardware model in a Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 bundle on November 8, 2023. However, this launch might not come to France as quickly.

A few days ago, Sony revealed refreshed versions of its PlayStation 5 consoles. During the announcement, the company clarified that the smaller models would arrive in US markets next month. However, no precise date had been communicated.

Fortunately, the leaker Billbil-kun has the habit of revealing via Dealabs all the new products planned at Sony, including in particular the games of the month for PlayStation Plus subscribers. This therefore revealed that the PS5 Slim will be launched in two waves at the beginning of November.

The PS5 Slim arrives on November 8

According to information from Billbil-kun, the PS5 Slim standard edition with Spider-Man 2 from Insomniac will launch in the United States with a bundle on November 8, priced at $559.99. This is the same price as the current standard edition of the PS5 with Spider-Man 2.

Billbil-kun also mentioned the November 10 release date for the standard and digital versions of the PS5 Slim in the United States. So this lines up with Sony’s previous statement that the new, slimmer PS5 model will launch in the US and be available at select retailers and the PlayStation website starting in November.

However, this release on November 8 and 10 should only concern the United States. The leaker also revealed the arrival of a PS5 pack with Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 on November 10 in Europe, but this is the first version of the console. We may therefore have to wait until December to see the new version arrive here.

As a reminder, the smaller PS5 Slim has 1 TB of storage space for the PS5 and PS5 Digital Edition, compared to 825 GB in the original versions of the console. The new model allows you to add an Ultra HD Blu-ray disc player to the PS5 Digital Edition, which can also be practical if you later decide to buy physical games.
