FIFA 23 – new leagues

FIFA 23 will mark the arrival of several championships that have never appeared in the series before, especially for women’s football. International teams were first added in FIFA 16, but women’s club football hasn’t been expanded into any title since.

EA seems to want to change that for FIFA 23 with the arrival of several women’s championships. Here are the different playable leagues according to the latest leaks :

While some championships will start on FIFA 23, others will disappear because of legal issues. The J-League Division 1 (Japan) and the Liga MX (Mexico) won’t be available this year after Konami got the licenses for their game eFootball.

Numerous leaks have revealed that a host of clubs that weren’t present in FIFA 22 are set to (re)come in next season’s edition.

A leaker notably tweeted on June 3 that a iconic Italian club should be available again on FIFA 23 with its authentic logo and its original colors.
