VSmost self-taught hef successful of the Parisian scene, Julien Sebbag has reopened his vegetal restaurant Créatures, perched on the roof of Galeries Lafayette, for the fourth consecutive season. With, this year, breakfasts, snacks and a “homemade” pastry service to take away. While waiting to inaugurate a street-food concept called Micho next fall, this curious by nature is on the lookout for all the new addresses.

“I grew up on rue Condorcet and my grandmother still lives there. This perimeter has something comforting for me, and finding the best bakery in Paris there makes sense. You can see the breads coming out of the oven through the bay window, it feels good this transparency after years of frozen baguettes. And I like the idea that it was women who created this sexy and pioneering address for a new bakery. »
