(AOF) – The Commercial Court of Paris, ruling in the form of interim relief from hour to hour, rejected the third-party opposition request of European TopSoho S.à rl brought against SMCP and GLAS for the purposes of in particular to obtain the retraction of the order issued on November 30, 2021 by the Paris Commercial Court. The Ordinary General Meeting of SMCP shareholders will therefore be held on Friday January 14 at 2 p.m. at 2 rue de Marengo, 75001 Paris, as initially convened.
