The Samsung Galaxy A22 5G, an entry-level smartphone launched last June, upgrades to Android 12 via One UI 4.1. It previously worked on Android 11 and One UI 3.1.
The deployment of this update was expected: the 4G edition of the Galaxy A22 received its own on May 18. Software version A226BXXU4BVF7 for the 5G model has been rolling out since the weekend. The first two countries served were Malaysia and Thailand.
A more intuitive and more secure version

Samsung does not demerit by offering a Galaxy A22 with serious advantages, including its beautiful 90 Hz AMOLED screen, but also its very accomplished interface and impressive autonomy.
Without being exceptional, the performance remains quite correct for this price range. Gamers, on the other hand, will turn to a model that is perhaps a little faster. The photo part is also correct. The main sensor is convincing in broad daylight. Unsurprisingly, night shots are its weak point.
Among the “failures”, we will point to a design that is a little too simplistic and messy, as well as the HD + panel. A definition that is not even exploited to its full potential insofar as Netflix displays (for now?) its content in SD on the phone.
