the titanic Marvel set is confirmed, it’s huge

LEGO recently made official a leak concerning a product eagerly awaited by fans, news which will delight many fans of small bricks. And even much more.

Leaks relating to LEGO are usually credible, and so last October, we mentioned an imposing Marvel set. Well it turns out that this one has just been confirmed by the Danish company. And it’s heavy since it’s nothing other than the famous Avengers Tower. In all its majesty.

A great confirmation for a highly anticipated LEGO set

What was originally just a rumor is now confirmed: Avengers Tower is indeed a reality. Its launch is scheduled for this month of November 2023. More precisely on the 24th. The set, identified under the serial number 76269, promises to be the most imposing piece of the year for the Marvel collection. With its 5,200 bricks, it rises to more than 89 cm and includes no less than 31 minifigures. More than a simple set to assemble, this Avengers tower also constitutes a quite remarkable decorative element for all fans of the Marvel universe and its superheroes.

Due to its imposing appearance (90 cm) and the complexity of its construction, LEGO still recommends being at least 18 years old. So definitely, this is not a set aimed at children. Quite the contrary. For characters, the cast of heroes will include several versions of Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Falcon, Vision, Antman, the Wasp, Hulk, Thor and even War Machine. Obviously you can also find a lot of bad guys to reproduce numerous battles. Alas, all this has a price and you will have to count the pretty sum of… 499 dollars.

A monstrous set

For the record, Avengers Tower, also known as Stark Tower, is a fictional building in the Marvel Comics universe. It is located in Midtown Manhattan, New York and serves as the headquarters of the Avengers. Originally owned by Tony Stark, the Tower is a high-tech skyscraper that serves not only as the personal residence of Stark and some members of the team, but also as a base of operations for the Avengers.

It is equipped with the latest technological innovations and defense systems, often powered by an ARC reactor, and has specific areas for research. But also the training and maintenance of Avengers equipment. The tower appears in numerous films, comics and video games in the Marvel universe, becoming one of Marvel’s most iconic symbols. In short, LEGO had to tackle it once and for all.

For your part, what do you think of the confirmation of Avengers Tower? Is this a set that might interest you?
