The Traitors: this condition imposed by Vanessa and David Douillet to participate

This Wednesday August 17, M6 draws a brand new program entitled Les Traitors in which the Douillet couple participates. But before accepting, Vanessa and David Douillet set a condition. Explanations.

Manipulations, strategies, suspense and betrayals. This is the program that awaits M6 viewers. From this Wednesday, August 17, the channel kicks off the traitors, a psychological game adapted from the Werewolf in which 14 personalities participate. Only three of them will have the chance – or not – to take on this role of “traitor” and will have to eliminate the loyal ones if they want to win the game, while the latter will have the mission of unmasking the three personalities designated by the game master, Eric Antoine. Among those who have agreed to embark on this crazy challenge, viewers will find Delphine Wespiser, Martin Lamotte, Camille Lacourt, Just Riadh, Natoo or even … the Douillet couple. Despite their bond, Vanessa and David Douillet have indeed agreed to play together – or against each other, depending on the role assigned to them. And the least we can say is that it has not been easy for them. “We avoid playing together“, confessed to us from the outset Vanessa Douillet. And the Olympic judo champion to admit: “I’m a pretty bad player. Her too. So it can quickly get complicated.

Nevertheless, those who are at the head of a pretty blended family wanted to play in the same way as their comrades, without distinction because of their relationship, therefore not benefiting from any privileges. “We agreed to participate in this game on the condition of respecting the rules“, told us Vanessa Douillet, believing that “otherwise there was no point in doing it and it wouldn’t have been interesting“.”And then we are not cheaters“, she outbid. It resulted in being separated and sleeping apart.”We didn’t sleep together. It was a will of the production which asked us and we accepted“, detailed Vanessa Douillet. And for good reason, even in their room after their long days of filming, the participants should remain in their role. They were therefore prohibited from visiting another player, even “to get a hair dryer“, had fun the companion of David Douillet.

How far did Vanessa and David Douillet push vice?

It must be said that the nights of the traitors were more eventful than those of the loyal. Since, when all the participants were in bed, the three traitors slipped out of their room to find themselves in a room of the castle to eliminate one of their opponents. If the one who should participate in Dance with the stars and Vanessa Douillet had shared a room and in the case of different roles, the other would have instantly had a flea in his ear and could have unmasked and denounced his better half. The two lovebirds even pushed the vice by communicating as little as possible, even outside of filming. “No ‘good night’, ‘good morning’ or ‘how are you?’ There was no trade for six days“, assured us Vanessa Douillet. The only exception they agreed to, is if there had been an emergency concerning their children. “And there was none“, she reassures us. It remains to be seen whether this strategy has paid off.
