Elis announced the finalization of the acquisition of 100% of the textile activities of Blesk InCare in Russia, the signing of the agreement for which was announced on October 7, 2021. After having acquired the Carpet activity of de Blesk InCare in 2019, the specialist in maintenance and hygiene services is thus pursuing its development strategy in Russia, this time acquiring the flat linen and workwear activities of the Russian group.
