The Riviera & Bar QPL665 plancha blows hot and cold. Its design, finishes and two cooking zones are attractive. Its design is ingenious and it is quite simple to use. But the picture becomes slightly darker given the temperature differences and the slight lack of homogeneity of the device.

With its large cooking surface, the Plancha Design Double is a model of choice for entertaining all summer long. Its robust design allows it to be installed without fear outdoors and the performance is there, with a temperature that is both stable and fairly homogeneous on the surface of the plate. In stainless steel, the latter however requires a little know-how both for cooking and for cleaning, and the system for recovering residues and cooking juices is not very practical.
